It is a privilege to welcome you to Mulgrave Primary School. I am Mrs Weaver, and I was honoured to be appointed Headteacher on 1st September 2025. Since joining the school, I have been profoundly inspired by the dedication of our staff, the enthusiasm of our pupils, and the strong sense of community that defines Mulgrave. United by a shared vision, we strive to ensure that every child is recognised, nurtured, and celebrated as a success in their own right.

Our school motto—Learn, Believe, Succeed—was thoughtfully chosen by our Junior Leadership Team and continues to underpin all aspects of school life. We are proud to cultivate a culture rooted in kindness, respect, and forgiveness. These values inform not only our expectations and policies, but also the way we treat one another each day. We encourage all children to aim high, support their peers, and consistently give their best.

As Headteacher, I am committed to leading Mulgrave Primary School from strength to strength, ensuring that every child is seen, valued, and empowered to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
